Late Check IN  (Late arrival): on specific request it is possible to arrive after 22:00 before 23:00, it involves an additional cost of Euro 20,00. It is necessary to make a request by 10:00 AM the day before. If possible, the answer is immediate.

Late Chek Out  (leave the room after 10:30):  on specific request it is possible to leave later. It is necessary to make a request by 20:00 the day before. If possible, the answer is immediate.

Inside the property there are 2 parking lots: the smaller one with access from via Roseto and the larger one with access from via Cesare Balbo. Both parking lots are under video surveillance and closed by electric gates.

The cost per car parking space with dimensions up to 4.90 x 2 meters. it is € 10.00 per night.

Over 4.90 meters, access to the parking is difficult and the cost is € 20.00 per night.
