Check-in and check-out times

Check-in : from 3pm to 8pm
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-in is not possible outside these hours, as the reception is closed.

Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and booking confirmation are required. The balance of the stay is due upon arrival.

Check-out : from 7:30 to 10:30
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Private parking

Gold Hotel offers private parking on the property for 15.00 Euro per night. Reservation is required as spaces are limited. Please note that the car park is not accessible to commercial vehicles or vans.

Policies for children

Children are welcome. Children under 3 years old can stay with the use of a cot (on request and subject to confirmation) in the triple or double comfort rooms. The cot is not available for the standard double rooms.

Payment and deposit conditions

All conditions are indicated at the time of booking under "Price conditions". In order to book, it is necessary to accept the "booking conditions" and "price conditions" by ticking the appropriate box

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the official email of Gold Hotel, using the same email address provided during the reservation. We do not accept cancellation requests by telephone. The conditions applied will be those accepted at the time of booking.

To make a cancellation, you must include the following information:

• Reservation number

• Name and surname of the reservation holder

• Arrival date

• Number of nights booked

Cancellation Penalties

• Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to the amount already paid will be applied.

• Cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival: The penalty is 100% of the total amount.

• "Non-refundable" or "last second" rates: The penalty is always 100%, regardless of the date of cancellation.

The dates of your stay cannot be changed. Since Gold Hotel only has 14 rooms, even a single cancellation has a significant impact. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen events.

NoShow

Failure to show up during check-in hours is considered a NoShow.

In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
