- Forest of Gouta - Testa d'Alpe. Colle Melosa and the Alps of the Sea. Seborga and Monte Nero.

- Triora and the upper Argentina Valley
- 13:00 (Optional) Lunch with a choice of fish or meat menu served at the table

An easy but spectacular excursion to discover the Bordigotto hinterland, wrapped in myth and legend thanks to the stories about the Templars and the independence claimed by the Principality of Seborga. The tour begins with an easy asphalted climb towards the medieval village that will offer unique views of the nearby Cote d'Azur, once we arrive in Seborga we will make a tour (on foot) of the village and then a snack, following the tour we will head towards the mountain and we will go to the discovery of one of the symbolic places of western Liguria, the slopes of Monte Nero, an intricate system of forest roads with a compact bottom that will offer epic panoramic views in every direction. Participants will taste what is the real jewel of Liguria, being in a paradise "between the Alps and the sea". The tour returns to Bordighera for an aperitif on the beach and a regenerating bath.

COMPULSORY INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT : backpack, 1 liter of water, suitable clothing and specific pad for bicycle, helmet (can be rented with an ebike), mobile phone.

SUGGESTED INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT : bicycle gloves, short or long, technical clothing, spare clothing. E-Bike rental being updated
